Strawberry Matcha Latte with Boba

Ingredients:
π 150 ml milk (cow's, almond, oat, or coconut)
π 30 ml strawberry syrup
π 2 teaspoons matcha powder
π 50 ml hot water (~80Β°C / 175Β°F)
π Ice cubes
π 50 g strawberry popping boba (or tapioca pearls)
π (Optional) β additional sweetener if you prefer a sweeter drink
Instructions:
πΈ Prepare the matcha β In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy. Add sweetener if desired.
πΈ Prepare the base β In a tall glass, add the strawberry popping boba and pour in the strawberry syrup.
πΈ Add ice and milk β Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the milk of your choice.
πΈ Pour the matcha β Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create beautiful layers.
πΈ Serve and enjoy! Stir before drinking, or sip through the layers.
