This freshly made peach - Oolong boba tea will provide you with fantastic refreshment and a delightful taste experience. As for which type of bubbles to use—peach popping boba or tapioca pearls—everyone can choose according to their preference. We recommend trying both options. This drink will be perfect for parties and various celebrations. Guests will surely appreciate the refreshing beverages.

Ingredients for a 400 ml glass:

  • Peach bubbles or 5-minute tapioca pearls ~ 60 g
  • Peach syrup 30 ml
  • Ice (amount as desired)
  • Chilled Oolong tea
  • Honey or cane syrup as an extra sweetener if needed

Preparation: Start by preparing the tea. It's best to use loose-leaf tea for brewing, as loose tea is generally of higher quality, but tea bags can also be used. Brew the tea to your desired strength.

Choose the type of bubbles you want to use—peach popping boba or tapioca pearls made from natural starch. If you opt for tapioca pearls, we recommend using the quick-cook type (available in various flavors).

Prepare the tapioca pearls according to the instructions if you choose them.

In a glass, add the bubbles—about 1 scoop. The bubbles should be used without the liquid they come in. You can easily separate them with a special spoon that also serves as a measuring scoop (see here).

Pour peach syrup into the glass.

Add ice to the glass. The amount of ice depends on how cold you want the drink to be.

Pour chilled Oolong tea into the glass and mix everything thoroughly. It's best and quickest to stir with a bar spoon.

To enjoy bubble tea, you’ll need straws with a larger diameter than standard ones so the bubbles can pass through. The required straw diameter is 12 mm (see here).

You can decorate the bubble tea with fresh mint leaves and sliced peach wedges.

And your bubble tea is ready! Enjoy!
