Serving Size:

• 100 g cooked tapioca pearls (50 g uncooked) per 500 ml of drink volume.
• Serving size can be adjusted according to your preference.

Preparation:

1. The ratio of tapioca pearls to water is 1:10.
2. Place the pearls in a sieve and rinse off excess tapioca starch.
3. Add the pearls to boiling water and stir until the pearls float to the top.
4. Boil for 35 minutes on medium heat, stirring every 5 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat and let sit for 35 minutes to swell under a lid.
6. Rinse the pearls with cold water until they cool down (it’s recommended to rinse a few pearls first to check if they are done. If not, boil for an additional 5-10 minutes).
7. Drain the pearls and mix with a sweetener (e.g., brown sugar syrup or honey) in a ratio of 5 g pearls to 1 ml sweetener.
8. Pearls are ready to use.

• Keep out of reach of children.
• To avoid choking hazards, do not give to children under 3 years old. Children aged 4 to 7 years should consume under adult supervision.
